Meeting of Prof. Revalski with H.E. Olesya Ilashchuk

The Bulgarian Academy of Sciences will participate in the organization of events on the occasion of the 105^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and Ukraine. This was agreed at a meeting at the Academy by the President Prof. Julian Revalski, Full Member of the Academy, and the Ambassador of Ukraine to Bulgaria H.E. Olesya Ilashchuk. At the meeting, the President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences Prof. Julian Revalski presented the long-standing cooperation between scientists from both countries. During her visit, H.E. Ilashchuk expressed her gratitude to BAS for the assistance the Academy provides to Ukrainian scientists and their families who have sought refuge in Bulgaria after the beginning of the war in Ukraine.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Anna Tertichna, Deputy Ambassador of Ukraine, and Iryna Kozik, First Secretary at the Embassy.
