The Vice President of BAS Corr. Memb. Evdokiya Pasheva welcomed the participants at the International Annual Seminar of the Specialized Administration and Management Institute of La Francophonie (ESFAM). The three-day forum was opened at the “Prof. Marin Drinov” Hall of BAS. The theme of the event was “Evaluate – Act”. The Director of the Institute Prof. Nicolas Mainetti opened the event which was attended by academics and scientists from Bulgaria, Albania, Armenia, Belgium, Poland and France. ESFAM is an institute of the University Agency of la Francophonie (AUF). The Bulgarian Academy of Sciences has been an associate member of the University Agency of la Francophonie since the end of 2022.
The main mission of the Specialized Administration and Management Institute of La Francophonie is to train in French highly qualified professionals in the field of administration and business management in order to contribute to the development of the countries of the region of Central and Eastern Europe. The organisation offers master’s programmes and continuing education, and operates in the fields of research and economic development.
