The President of BAS Prof. Julian Revalski, Full Member of the Academy, participated on 13 and 14 May in Vienna in the solemn celebration of the 175th anniversary of the founding of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. During his visit, Prof. Revalski had a conversation with the President of the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Prof. Anton Zeilinger.
At the meeting, a new Memorandum of Cooperation between the two academies was signed. The document aims to encourage and facilitate joint activities between scientists from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
