The Scientific Secretary-General of BAS, Prof. Evdokia Pasheva, participated in a meeting of the Executive Board of the European Science Foundation (ESF) on 9 May in Rome, Italy.
On May 9 and 10, Prof. Pasheva also participated in a scientific conference entitled “EURATOM: A European Approach to Exploring the Relationship between Science and International Policy in the Nuclear Field” organized by Roma Tre University. The conference discussed the following topics: research cooperation and its political importance, EURATOM as a tool for scientific cooperation for the benefit of political understanding.
