Rare archeological finds of 8 000 years in the Neolithic settlement of Slatina

A team of archaeologists led by Corresponding Member Vassil Nikolov, Vice-President of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences discovered four Early Neolithic graves almost 8 000 years old in the village of Slatina in Sofia. Together with the two graves discovered last year, they are the earliest on the territory of Sofia and the Sofia plain. Digitalization and innovation in the field of cultural heritage

The main activities of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences related to the digitalization of cultural heritage were presented by the Vice-President of BAS, Corresponding Member Vassil Nikolov, at an international video conference on the problems of digitalization and innovation in the field of cultural heritage.
